One account instead of five subscriptions.
Tincograph is a very small, independent operation based in Germany. It builds a handful of tools that share one account, one bill and one set of credits.
What Tincograph is
The set is deliberately small, and each part has an honest status:
- Tincograph AI — a workspace for chats, projects and the artifacts a model produces. It runs in the browser today.
- Nova — a browser where a tab can also be a terminal. Available for macOS.
- A video editor and a gallery — both still being built. Neither has been released.
- A camera link — use a phone you already own as a camera for another of your own devices. It rides on the mobile app, which is in beta.
The positioning, stated plainly: one account and one bill rather than five separate subscriptions. Your work follows you between devices because it belongs to the account and not to the machine. Local-only features are free forever, because they cost us nothing to run.
The handling of keys and data is deliberately conservative. If you bring your own model provider, the key is kept in your browser and sent only to the endpoint you configured — it never reaches a Tincograph server. What we do hold, you can export in one click and delete from your account page.

One account should be enough
Five tools should not mean five logins, five bills and five password resets. Everything here signs in once and draws on one set of credits.
Software should keep working when the network does not
Whatever can run on your own machine does. Local-only features never call our servers, never cost credits, and are free forever.
You should be able to read your own bill
Credit spending is an append-only ledger on your account. You can see what was used and by which tool, before you run out rather than after.
Nothing should be locked in a format only we can open
Accounts and projects export as JSON, and anything you record or render stays an ordinary media file. Leaving should be a copy, not a negotiation.
Where we are
This is early. Tincograph AI and Nova are the parts you can use now. The mobile companion is in beta. The video editor and the gallery are work in progress and have not shipped — there is nothing to download and nothing to try yet.
We do not publish dates for unreleased work. A date we miss is worse than no date at all. Anything that does ship is recorded in the changelog, which is the only place a claim about progress counts.
There is no sales process to be routed through. If you want to know whether something exists yet, or whether it will, write to hello@tincograph.com and you will get a plain answer — usually within two working days. The contact page lists the other addresses.
